After the date of passing of this By-law, By-law No. 79-99, as amended, applies only to properties in respect of which an Order has been given under By-law No.
79-99, as amended, prior to the date of passing of this By-law, and then only to such properties until such time as the work required by such Order has been completed or any enforcement proceedings in respect of such Order, including demolition or repair by the Corporation, have been concluded.
