Exemptio n - 0 Stockdale Cres, Block 20, Plan 65M-2956 Notwithstanding anything in this Chapter to the contrary, the provisions respecting the permissible height of a fence located in the side, rear and front yards shall not apply to the property municipally known in the year 2001 as 0 Stockdale Crescent, Block 20, Plan 65M-2956 provided:

  • (a) the height of the fence erected in the west side, rear and front does not exceed 2.1 metres (6.9 ft.); and
  • (b) the fence was not erected prior to the enactment of the enabling by-law. By-law 195-01, 10 December, 2001.
