Thunder Bay : Règlement no 075-2024, art. 10.08 — Assume Benefit without AP Permit

Assume Benefit without AP Permit:

• It is an offence for any person to claim the benefit of an exemption or privilege set aside for persons with a disability under this By-law unless:
• a) a currently valid AP Permit has been issued to that person or to a passenger being or about to be picked up or transported in the Vehicle; and
• b) that AP Permit is displayed on or in the Vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act.
