Thunder Bay : Règlement no 075-2024, art. 12.03 — Parking Regulation By-law

Owner Responsible:

The Owner of a Vehicle that is Parked, Stopped, or Standing in contravention of this By-law is responsible for the infraction regardless of whether or not he or she was the Operator of the Vehicle at the time of the offence, unless the Owner proves to the satisfaction of the court that at the time of the event, the Vehicle was in the possession of someone other than the Owner without the Owner's consent.
