This By-law shall come into force and take effect on June 1. 2024. Schedules “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” shall come into force and take effect on June 1, 2024.
Schedule “E” shall come into force June 1, 2024, or when it is advised by the City Solicitor that the set fines established by this By-law have been approved by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
