Whitby By-law 8059-24, s. 23.1 — Where any bridge set out in Columns 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule “T” to this By- law is marked in compliance with the regulations made under the Highway Traffic Act, the gross vehicle weight of any vehicle or any class thereof passing over such bridge shall be limited to the weight set out in Column 4 of said Schedule
