Whitby By-law 8059-24, s. 3.3 — Any vehicle on which or in which an Accessible Parking Permit is displayed in accordance with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act and this By-law is exempt from

Any vehicle on which or in which an Accessible Parking Permit is displayed in accordance with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act and this By-law is exempt from;

• a) Subsections 9.1 and 9.3 of this By-law with respect to metered parking provided and clause 4.9
• (i) with respect to parking limits.
• (i) No such vehicle shall be parked on any highway pursuant to this section for a period exceeding 24 hours; and
• b) Section 9.17 of this By-law with respect to use of ticket machines and fee requirements established in Column 3 of Schedule “Y”.
