Windsor By-law 115-2022, s. 6.13 — Where the Windsor Licensing Commission renders a decision granting the Applicant the Licence applied for, the Licence shall be issued upon the Applicant complying with the terms of this By-law and the conditions imposed on the Licence, if any, and the Applicant shall complete the application within fourteen (14) days of the decision of the Windsor Licensing Commission
