"Stop or Stopping" shall mean a vehicle's complete cessation of movement; (37A) "Taxicab" means a vehicle as defined in the Highway Traffic Act used for hire for the conveyance of passengers and shall include a "horse-drawn carriage" and a "livery vehicle". (added B/L l04l0, Sept. l0/90)
