Where an owner is in receipt of an order of the Chief Fire Official as provided in subsection
- (l) of Section 26 hereof, the owner shall ensure that the fire route is constructed in accordance with the plans approved and the specifications set forth in Part IV of this By-law within 90 days from the day of the issuance of the order of the Chief Fire Official.
