Windsor : Règlement no 9023, art. 70(3) — Parking By-law

“The Executive Director of Operations or designate is hereby authorized and directed to issue on-street parking permits to area residents, permitting parking in accordance with Schedule “GG” (on-street permit parking areas) provided, however, that should it be required, no such permit shall be issued until the applicant has executed and filed with the Corporation an agreement to comply fully with all the rules and regulations that from time to time may be incorporated in such an agreement, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the applicant shall surrender the permit upon expiration of the permit by lapse or otherwise.” (ADDED B/L 6-2012 JAN 9/12)
