The Director shall receive and detain at the Animal Services Centre any animal found at large.
(#2026-27, s. 19, 2026) Ability to Restrain Animal 14(1) An Animal Services Officer or any adult may restrain an animal found at large in the City and convey the animal to the Director at the Animal Services Centre.
