For the purposes of this Part, a person who owns or occupies land deemed to have set out waste, waste containers, bags, or bins for collection.
HIGHWAY 5 For the purposes of this Part, a person who owns or occupies land OCCUPANCY shall be considered to occupy that portion of any highway between the property line and the centre line of the highway. LAND 6 (1) A person shall not cause or permit a nuisance to exist on land they own or occupy.
