A Person must not operate:
- (a) a motorized garden tool;
- (b) a power tool outside any building or structure;
- (c) a model aircraft driven by an internal combustion engine of any kind; or
- (d) a snow clearing device powered by an engine of any kind in a residential development during the Nighttime. BYLAW 5270
