6.04 Penalty BYLAW 5658 Notwithstanding Section 7.01 every person who violates any provision of Section 6.02 and 6.03 is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine not exceeding TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) DOLLARS
