- (a) Prior to collecting and recording the information required by Section 6.14(3), a Second-Hand Dealer shall obtain, from the person from whom the goods were acquired, written consent in a form satisfactory to the Chief of Police, allowing the use of the information in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Bylaw.
