PART 7 SNOW VEHICLES
701. No person shall operate a snow Vehicle as defined in the Act, on any portion of a Highway, Sidewalk or Boulevard within the City. 702 Notwithstanding Section 701, the operator of a snow Vehicle may cross any Highway, including the Roadway, Parking lane, boulevard or Sidewalk portions thereof as the case may require, if:
