Bylaw enforcement officers may serve an order referred to in subsection (1) in the following manner:
- (a) in the case of the owner of the property, served personally or mailed by prepaid registered mail;
- (b) in the case of the occupier of the property, posted on the property or delivered to the occupier of the property. Enforcement and entry
