The outdoor light referred to in subsection (1) does not include the following:
- (a) street lights;
- (b) vehicle lights;
- (c) lights on playing fields;
- (d) lights on school playgrounds;
- (e) decorative lights that are on display between October 15 and January 31. Graffiti
