A person must not operate a vehicle between the persons or vehicles comprising a funeral procession or a parade, unless the vehicle is part of the funeral procession or the parade. Cycling 36 (1) A person must not ride a cycle in a crosswalk, unless
- (a) the crosswalk is marked or signed for riding a cycle, or
- (b) the person is a bylaw enforcement officer performing duties of a bylaw enforcement officer.
