If the City does work or provides services in relation to land and improvements the following fees shall apply:
- Table 7 – Work Done by City Item Column 1 Column 2 Type of Expense Fee (per hour or part thereof) 1 Work performed by City personnel $189 (including all labour, equipment rental or use and administrative costs) 2 Work performed by contractor Actual cost invoiced to City plus 15% Administration fee 3 Materials used Actual cost invoiced to City plus 15% Administration fee Repeal and Related Amendments Repeal
