Notwithstanding any other provision of this Bylaw, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays a person may operate
a power lawn mower or power gardening tool that makes or causes noise or sound the level of which does not exceed 87 dBAs.
