Subject to subsections (2) and (4),
no person shall carry or cause to be carried on any works in connection with the construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair or demolition of any building, structure, improvement or other thing
- (a) before 7:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday;
- (b) before 9:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. on Saturday;
- (c) at any time on Sunday or any statutory holiday.
