Burnaby By-law 7332, s. 18 — The Inspector or a Peace Office shall measure noise and sound levels with a Sound Level Meter. Noise and sound levels shall be measured on the A-weighting network and the slow meter response. The Sound Level Meter shall be complete with calibrator and wind screen and shall be operated in the manner as set out in Schedule “A”
