paying a maintenance fee as specified in the Burnaby Consolidated Fees and Charges Bylaw, for each day or part of a day that the dog, horse, mule, ass, cattle, sheep, goat, swine, rabbit, monkey, guinea pig, gerbil, hamster, mouse, rodent or other animal or poultry is impounded. (Bylaw No. 14486)
