24. A Bylaw Enforcement Officer, Environmental Services Specialist, or other person authorized by Council may enter onto a parcel of land and may inspect and examine that parcel of land at all reasonable times to ascertain whether this Bylaw is being observed, or for any other purpose relating to the administration or enforcement of this Bylaw.
