Every person shall at all times comply with any order, direction, signal or command made or given by a Peace Officer or Bylaw Enforcement Officer in #6029 performance of their duties regulating traffic or otherwise taking any 09/09/24 prescribed action under this Bylaw, including, without limitation, any order or direction to stop a moving vehicle.
