418. A Peace Officer or Bylaw Enforcement Officer may stop a commercial vehicle #6029 driving on a highway under the jurisdiction of the Municipality to confirm 09/09/24 compliance with this section and to, in addition to any other powers under this or any other bylaw, direct the driver to immediately proceed to the nearest truck route if they are not in compliance with this section.
