509 Owner or occupiers of real property:
- zoned as urban residential, multiple family residential or residential mobile home park, fronting designated pedestrian routes shall remove snow and ice from the sidewalks and walkways fronting on the real property owned or occupied by them within twenty-four (24) hours of first accumulation of such snow and ice; or
