The permit may be revoked by the Engineer upon notice to the permittee and the refund to the permittee of any prepaid monies outstanding and the deposit if the permit sign is returned, should the permittee use the permit in contravention of any terms of the permit. #4840 (7) Applicants for overtime parking permits must submit evidence of 04/11/11 automobile liability insurance in the amount of $3,000,000.
