Owner or occupiers of real property shall remove snow and ice from the sidewalk, Walkways, and Walking Strips fronting or abutting on real property owned or occupied by them by 10:00 a.m. following any accumulation of snow or ice, except on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
- (b) No person shall allow the accumulation of any rubbish upon any sidewalk in front of or abutting any premises owned or occupied by them.
