No person within the District’s Curbside Collection Area shall burn any Garbage, Trade Waste, Recyclable Materials, Compostables (other than tree branches), Construction and Demolition Waste or treated or painted Dimensional Wood in an indoor fireplace, woodstove, outdoor fire pit or other facility and shall abide by all of the District’s fire restrictions.
