Owners of Multi-family Dwellings, who have opted into municipal Curbside Collection service, as provided for in Section 3.3 of this Bylaw, shall be charged the fees set out in Schedule B of this Bylaw. The amount shall be included in the annual tax notice.

- 9.3 Every person, firm or corporation making use of the Recycling Processing Facility shall pay fees as set forth in Section 7 and Schedule A of this Bylaw
