Roof signs - roof signs generated more discussion at Committee meetings than any other form of sign. The end result of the discussions was that variances for this type of signage should not be permitted except in exceptional circumstances related to unique architectural configurations. This would also include the installation of any of the aforementioned signs in such a fashion so as to allow them to project above the roof line of the building.
