Notwithstanding (2),
no person shall cause a vehicle to remain in a metered space for a period of time which exceeds the maximum posted time on the parking meter installed at that metered space whether or not the signal in the window of the parking meter shows the word "expired" or "violation" or there is no time remaining. (Bylaw 5000.001)
