107 Adoption of Animals Every Person wishing to adopt an Animal from the Pound must:
- make an application to the Poundkeeper on the form prescribed by the Poundkeeper and pay the fees set out in the Fees and Charges Bylaw; and
- (b) if the Animal is a Dog, licence the Dog pursuant to this Bylaw, where applicable.
