Nanaimo By-law 7316, s. 117 — If any part, section, sub-section, sentence, clause or sub-clause of this Bylaw is for any reason held to be invalid by the decision of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid section shall be severed and the severance shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Bylaw
