Nanaimo By-law 7316, s. 74 — Where the Poundkeeper determines that a Dog meets the definition of an Aggressive Dog, the Poundkeeper will issue a written notice to the Owner of that Dog, with a copy provided to the property owner, if applicable, advising of the determination and advising the Owner of the requirements of this Bylaw with respect to Aggressive Dogs
