No person shall transport or deliver dangerous goods in the Inner Core Area during the following times:
- January 1st to December 9th, inclusive - Monday to Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00p.m. to 6:00p.m., and Saturdays - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- (b) December l0th to 31st, inclusive- Monday to Friday-7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays - 9:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PART X - ENFORCEMENT OF PARKING REGULATIONS
