The impoundment fees for any dog shall be as follows:
- a) first impoundment $ 75.00
- b) second impoundment $100.00
- c) third impoundment $150.00
- d) fourth and subsequent impoundments $200.00 Notice to Owner

- 26 Where the Animal Control Officer knows the name and address of the owner of any dog which has been impounded, he/she shall within 24 hours of the impoundment notify the owner by telephone or by written notice to the owner at his/her last known address
