Every owner or occupier of a parcel who applies for a boulevard permit must pay to Saanich the fee prescribed in Schedule “A” attached to this Bylaw.

- 6.1 An owner or occupier of a parcel abutting a boulevard may apply to the Director of Engineering for a boulevard permit authorizing one (1) or more of the activities or things referred to in section 5.1
