For the purposes of this By-law, the Engineer, a By-law Enforcement Officer, a Parking Patroller and a Peace Officer have the same authority to deal with an abandoned vehicle or other thing in the same manner as the minister has in respect of a vehicle or other thing that has been abandoned on a provincial public highway as provided by the Transportation Act, S.B.C. 2004, c. 44, as amended.
