Offence for Revoked or Suspended Permit. Any person who parks a heavy commercial vehicle on a highway whose heavy commercial vehicle parking permit has been revoked or suspended, and any owner, registered owner, lessee or operator of a heavy commercial vehicle so parked, is guilty of an offence.
