Revocation or Suspension of Permit. The Engineer may revoke or suspend a heavy commercial vehicle parking permit in any of the following circumstances:
- (a) if any of the terms and conditions of the permit or of this By-law are breached; or
- (b) if the information supplied by the applicant in support of the permit application is found by the Engineer to have been inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous. - 43 -
