A prosecution must not be started for the alleged offence described in an offence notice if the voluntary penalty for that alleged offence is paid in accordance with this Bylaw before an information is sworn and a summons is issued. Voluntary Penalties 122 (1) This section does not apply to a contravention of sections 79 or 80 by the driver of a sightseeing vehicle.
