Despite subsection (1) a mobile bicycle vendor may stop on a yellow curb within 6 metres of a legal parking or loading space for up to 60 minutes, unless otherwise restricted by a traffic order under this Bylaw. PART 4 - VEHICLE SIZE AND WEIGHT Motor Vehicle Act regulations apply 91 Division 35 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations of the Motor Vehicle Act, B. C. Reg. 26/58 (Cargo Securement) apply with the necessary changes and as applicable, to the driving or operation of a vehicle on a street. Vehicle size and weight 92 (1) Division 7 (Size and Weight) of the Commercial Transport Act Regulations of the Commercial Transport Act, B.C. Reg. 30/78, apply with the necessary changes and as applicable, to regulate the size and weight of a vehicle that is driven or operated on a street.
