Despite subsection (2)(j)(iv), a mobile bicycle vendor is permitted to sell products as defined and under the conditions specified in Schedule
- I. 87A (1) The Director may designate an area at or near a fire hydrant as a taxi stand and may cause a sign indicating that the area can be used by taxi cabs to be erected at or near such fire hydrant.
