The Licence Inspector or a Bylaw Officer may impound or cause to be impounded any portable sign that does not display a decal with a valid permit number as required by subsection (12) or otherwise contravenes this section, and the portable sign will be dealt with in accordance with the Property in Custody Bylaw.
