Notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Tree Preservation Bylaw No. 05-106, on or after July 1, 2021, an applicant may elect to have their land use change application processed in accordance with this Bylaw by notifying the Director in writing, in which case, this Bylaw applies to that application.
