- (2) The drawings required by subsection (1) must be in a form acceptable to the designated employee, must include any information reasonably required by the designated employee in order to approve the drawings and, except in the case of emergency work, must be submitted to the designated employee at least seven days prior to the work referred to in subsection (1). In the case of emergency work, the drawings referred to in subsection (1) must be submitted as soon as reasonably possible.
